In the 21st century women have prolonged their roles and places in civilization. They are raising their inner voice and finding their individual and collective voice. They are trying to prove their equality in the society and have made progresses. Women’ are taking part in decision making and building their career by combating with men.

The current period is inspiring women to build up their career and the circumstances have been changed from the past. In 21st century women are not only obtaining education for their own self but also they are enabling them to the advancement of their own country. Women have now acquired higher and more education and skill training which have greatly increased their productivity in the workplaces.

History would tell us categorically that women in the past had been demoted to the background but now looking at what the 21st Century woman has been able to change the status. When man took on the role of a finance earner, and woman took the natural role of a nurturer, these roles suited their intended role by the Initiator. Over a period of time the man started believing that his role was superior to that of the woman as without him there would be no food at the table. Woman’s role was taken as for established. The physically weak woman was led to believe this lie for centuries. Women deserve a standing endorsement but they have changed their life and have changed the world as a whole.

Women’s Rights Movement achieved mass support in the latter half of the twentieth century when the vital problems like discrimination, inequality and limited opportunities continued to challenge women in all spheres of life. There still are many challenges that women face in the world of work, where most industries are still male-dominated, yet, women are rising as role models allowing more young women leaders to follow in their footsteps and become leaders themselves. The changes in women have already initiated, and soon they will gain a unique momentum. The time is ready for women of all races, class and nationalities to come together to be the indication of this change.
